Terms of Service

Clear responsibilities for a reliable workplace service.

1. Agreement and accounts

These terms govern access to Alliance websites, mobile applications, and workplace operations services. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only accounts and workplaces they are authorized to access.

2. Business responsibilities

Businesses control their workplace configuration, team access, schedules, employment workflows, records, and operating decisions. They are responsible for lawful use, required notices and consents, and the accuracy of information they publish or request.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse Alliance, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate law or the rights of others.

4. Availability and changes

Alliance works to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance, respond to incidents, or change features to improve security and operation. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate product or business channels.

5. Customer content and privacy

Customers retain their rights in content they submit and authorize Alliance to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Data handling is further described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Support

Technical and account requests may be submitted through Alliance Support. Workplace approvals, employment decisions, and internal policies remain the responsibility of the relevant business.
