Control alerts and troubleshoot missing messages or workplace updates.
Notification controls
Open More, Settings, then Notify & Alerts. You can choose categories, quiet hours, time-sensitive alerts, and lock-screen privacy.
Device permissions
Alliance settings cannot override a phone-level block. Open Device Settings to confirm that notifications are allowed for Alliance.
Private messages
A direct message is visible only to its participants. Crew channels are available to authorized members of that workplace or location.
